HeyBaji Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights as a Player

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all visitors, registered users and anyone accessing any part of the HeyBaji platform, including the website at heybaji.plus, any associated mobile interfaces and all services offered through them. The Terms constitute a complete and binding agreement between the user and HeyBaji and supersede any prior communications, representations or agreements between the parties regarding the subject matter herein.

By accessing the HeyBaji website or creating an account, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. Your continued use of the platform following any updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. HeyBaji reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time and will notify registered users of material changes where practicable.

These Terms should be read alongside the HeyBaji Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform. Where these Terms conflict with any specific promotion or game rules, the specific rules shall take precedence for that particular promotion or game only.

To register and use HeyBaji for real-money gaming, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. HeyBaji strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and may request proof of age at any time.
• You must register using your own true personal information. Providing false, inaccurate or incomplete registration details is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.
• You must only open one account per person. Multiple accounts by the same individual — whether identified by name, address, payment method, device or IP address — are prohibited.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent or close family member of an employee of HeyBaji or any of its affiliated companies.
• Your use of the platform must be for personal entertainment only. Using HeyBaji services for any commercial, professional or systematic advantage-seeking purpose is not permitted without prior written approval.

HeyBaji reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a CNIC, passport or proof of address) from any account holder at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time frame may result in suspension of the account and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your HeyBaji account credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login information with any other person under any circumstances.

You must notify HeyBaji immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. HeyBaji cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your own account credentials.

• Account balances are held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are non-transferable between accounts.
• Account funds may only be used for gaming activities on the HeyBaji platform and are not investment instruments.
• You must keep your registered contact details, including your mobile number, up to date at all times.
• HeyBaji accounts may not be sold, transferred or assigned to any other person.
• Any attempt to manipulate, circumvent or exploit the platform's systems or games is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

HeyBaji operates a strict one-account-per-household policy as a standard anti-fraud measure. Multiple accounts registered to the same residential address, device fingerprint or payment method will be investigated and may be merged or closed at HeyBaji's discretion, with any bonus funds forfeited.

HeyBaji accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only, via the following verified local payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. No other payment methods are currently accepted.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or cards that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being returned and the account suspended pending investigation.

HeyBaji does not charge any deposit processing fees from our side. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, over which HeyBaji has no control. All deposits, once credited to your HeyBaji balance, are considered final for the purpose of bonus eligibility calculations.

Withdrawal requests at HeyBaji are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. You cannot withdraw to a different payment account than the one used to deposit without submitting supporting documentation and receiving approval from our payments team.

Standard withdrawal processing timelines at HeyBaji are as follows:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash: Processed within minutes to a few hours of approval.
• NayaPay / SadaPay: Processed within 1–3 hours of approval.
• IBFT Bank Transfer: Processed within 1–2 business days, subject to inter-bank clearing times.
• Visa / Mastercard: Processed within 1–5 business days, depending on the issuing bank.

HeyBaji may request additional KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where the account has not previously been verified. Required documents may include a copy of your CNIC and a recent bank statement or mobile wallet screenshot showing your name and account details.

Withdrawals of amounts accumulated through bonus play are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the relevant bonus, as detailed in Section 6 of these Terms. Winnings that have not met the applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal until the requirement is satisfied.

All bonuses, promotions and offers made available by HeyBaji are subject to specific terms which will be communicated at the time of the promotion. General rules that apply to all HeyBaji bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise are as follows:

• Bonuses are available to one registered account per person, household, IP address and device.
• The standard wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses at HeyBaji is 8× the bonus amount before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots generally contribute 100% to wagering requirements; live casino games including baccarat contribute 10–15%; crash games contribute 50%. Specific game contributions are published in the relevant bonus terms.
• HeyBaji bonuses have an expiry period from the date of issue, typically 30 days. Bonuses not claimed or wagering requirements not met within the expiry period will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
• HeyBaji reserves the right to withdraw, alter or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to completing obligations already accepted under active bonus claims.
• Bonus funds may not be transferred, sold or used in conjunction with other bonus offers unless explicitly stated.

All bets placed at HeyBaji are final once confirmed by the system. You are responsible for verifying that the bet details — including stake, selection and market — are correct before confirming. HeyBaji will not reverse bets placed due to user error where the system has correctly processed the instruction received.

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting the outcome of a game round or bet settlement, HeyBaji reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant account balances. Such decisions are final and not subject to appeal. Where a live dealer game is interrupted mid-round, the round may be voided and all stakes returned.

• Sports Betting: All football, cricket and virtual sports bets are settled according to official results. In cases of disputed results, HeyBaji may delay settlement pending independent confirmation from the relevant sporting body.
• Casino Games: Game outcomes for RNG-based games are produced by certified random number generators. The RTP percentages published for each game represent the long-run theoretical average and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any single session.
• Live Casino: Live dealer game results are determined by physical cards, roulette wheels or dice at the studio. Studio broadcast quality issues do not constitute grounds for voiding of bets unless the malfunction directly affected the outcome.
• Ludo & Social Games: Real-money Ludo games at HeyBaji use certified RNG for dice rolls. Disconnections during a game due to user-side network failure do not automatically void the game or refund the entry fee.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the HeyBaji platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated scripts, bots, AI tools or any software to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, system glitches or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players in any game mode, including coordinated play in live casino, poker or Ludo to unfairly influence outcomes.
• Money laundering, fraud or any use of the platform for illegal financial activity. HeyBaji complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious transactions.
• Registering multiple accounts on behalf of yourself or on behalf of other people to claim multiple welcome bonuses.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you, or making deposits using stolen card or wallet credentials.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing HeyBaji staff or other players via any communication channel.

HeyBaji is fully committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable recreational activity and never a source of financial or psychological harm. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity responsibly.

The following responsible gaming controls are available to all registered HeyBaji account holders at any time through their account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you can lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play duration after which the system will prompt a break.

• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours up to 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests at HeyBaji are processed immediately and are irreversible for a minimum period of 12 months.

In summary, HeyBaji collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention and customer support. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data with payment processors, fraud detection services and regulatory bodies where required by law or our operational obligations.

You have the right to request access to the personal data HeyBaji holds about you, to request corrections of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data subject to our retention obligations under applicable law. HeyBaji reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete identity verification when requested.
• Evidence of fraudulent, deceptive or abusive behaviour on the platform.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or use of the platform for illegal purposes.
• Extended periods of account inactivity (defined as 12+ months with no login or transaction activity).
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by the account holder.

You may close your HeyBaji account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus funds and pending wagering requirements are forfeited upon account closure.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HeyBaji shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with:

• The outcome of any game, bet or transaction on the platform — all gaming involves risk and losses are a normal part of gaming activity.
• Interruption, disruption, delay or unavailability of the platform due to technical issues, maintenance, internet outages or other factors outside HeyBaji's direct control.
• Unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Decisions made in reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, game descriptions or promotional materials.
• Actions taken by third-party payment processors, banks or mobile wallet providers.

HeyBaji's total liability to any individual user for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that user in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by HeyBaji's negligence.

HeyBaji may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via email, in-platform notification or both, and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the HeyBaji platform following the notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the revised Terms come into effect.
